Terms and
Conditions of Sale: Orders are accepted by Solent Plastics from the
buyer subject to these conditions of sale unless specifically agreed
otherwise by us in writing. Prices shown unless indicated are NET,
exclusive of carriage and VAT, which is added at the current rate. We
endeavour to hold prices however should exceptional increases apply we
reserve the right to implement price rises accordingly. Carriage: This will be charged extra, unless otherwise specified. We will deliver goods to the Solent Area or despatch anywhere in the UK using a 24-hour carrier service, which is priced on the customers location. Despatch of goods: Goods will not be despatched until payment is received in full unless the customer is ordering on an established account. However we do reserve the right to despatch goods without payment if we deem necessary to the individual transaction. Delivery Time: Whether stated verbally or by written quotation is an estimate only and shall not be considered a contractual obligation. Once initial delivery is arranged by us it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are at the address to receive goods. If delivery is missed by the customer, the carrier company will leave a card for contacting the depot. It is the customers responsibility to then arrange redelivery or collection from depot directly and not through ourselves. Payment Terms: These are strictly NETT and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date, when the full invoice value becomes due. Payment: Until full payment is made, Solent Plastics may at any time recover goods and may enter the Buyers premises for this purpose, after giving notice of intention to repossess. Retention of Ownership: Until full payment is made, Solent Plastics may at any time recover goods and after giving notice of intention to repossess. Responsibility for maintenance and insurance passes to the buyer upon delivery. Suitability: Products shown are listed in good faith are for guidance only. We also reserve the right to alter any specification, withdraw or substitute items on this website without prior notice. Returns: Goods may NOT be returned to us until we have been informed of reason for return, up to a maximum of 7 days from delivery. Goods that have been returned without authorisation WILL NOT be refunded. Returns are subject to the customer covering cost of return carriage to us. A refund will be made once goods are received in an unused condition. For damaged returns see below. Claims: Notification of shortage or damage must be made by telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods, it is the responsibility of person signing for delivery to check the package for damage on delivery and to sign as damaged if necessary. In the event of non delivery, customers must telephone us ASAP in order for the delivery to be completed. Any damages may need to be evaluated by us, if necessary by means of a photo provided by customer. We may reserve the right to refund and not replace damaged items.
