Structural Foam is formed by injecting nitrogen gas into molten plastic, the gas then creates a foaming action which results in this strong, stable yet lightweight material which is perfect for producing a tough case which can still be portable. Structural foam is also impervious to temperature extremes and chemicals. These cases benefit from top quality construction with steel pin hinges and moulded-in locking clasps and side handles adding security.
