Attached Lid Containers (ALC)

Designed to solve handling, storage and logistics challenges across the supply chain, our ALC boxes keep contents secure and protected. Reusable and practical, they provide a reliable solution for various applications.

Available in virgin or heavy-duty recycled polypropylene, with some ranges combining both materials, they are lightweight and easy to carry while remaining tough enough for everyday use. Depending on the attached lid container model, individual load capacities range from 20kg to 35kg; stacked capacity ranges from 140kg to a maximum of 300kg.

With the ability to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, our ALC containers include integrated carry handles to assist lifting and moving.

Key features include:

• Stackable when full and nestable when empty, helping to save space during storage and on return journeys
• Ribbed label area on each narrow end, providing a secure surface for labels and barcodes
• Security seals can be fitted to help protect contents during transit
• Click-in lids can be replaced if damaged, helping to extend the container’s service life
• Smooth internal surfaces make our plastic containers with attached lids quick and easy to wipe clean
